I was invited to participate to an event meant to promote the young Romanian artists – Visual Evenings. Each of the six evenings of the event was dedicated to one graphic artist that exposed his work and created one of the six chapters of a collective comic on the theme “The end of the world”.
I exposed a 5.5 x 1.5 m drawing, just black lines on white and invited people to colour it in. I was surprised by the enthusiasm of the people that responded to the call, it seems they loved the idea.
While people were colouring in my work, I was busy illustrating the last chapter of “The end of the world” comic.
The evening ended with a great concert The Amsterdams.
