'In my shoes' is my first solo exhibition. Custom shoes only. On from the 3rd of December to the end of December ’08 at the gallery sub_Carturesti in Bucharest.
The idea of this exhibition came to me when my friends from
Boarder’s shop asked me to customize a pair of shoes for them to display in the shop. I enjoyed a lot doing that, so I asked them for more pairs. And they gave me nine more. At the begging, all the shoes were the same: same shape, same material, same color…just different sizes. But I drew, and drew, and drew ... and I ended up with ten different pairs of shoes that reflect my different moods, passions, things I like and things I don’t, things that inspire me and things that intrigue me. So come on, get in my shoes for a little while!
